Our Approach

With any design project; whether it’s a brand identity, a website or a chair - We strongly believe in designing solutions that last and also respond to advancements in a changing world. Our design output does not gravitate towards trends, but on solutions towards forward thinking, endurance and individuality.

We have a 3-step approach; Listen, Think, Make.

Each of these broad steps are tailored design and strategy workshops, creative concept and production phases that are unique to the end-user and final output of the project.

The final result of all of this work is a direction where attention and differentiation are created for your audience in an instant.

1

Listen

We begin with getting to know you, your business and the world you operate in. As a studio, we listen to a wide variety of companies and sectors nationally and internationally. We presume as little as possible about what you do and how you work, this is a crucial step in understanding your world. We aim to remove ourselves from preconceived biases in your market, with an aim to create a unique, creative solution.

2

Think

Our creative development phase is where we reflect on what we have discussed together and start to tangibly produce ideas. Our goal is always to look at the competitors and comparators and seek the creative gap in the market. The work that we produce aims to meet the brief rather than applying a house-style to each project, we do this because we believe a strong brand and the products and services they represent should be thoughtful, well-crafted and ultimately, memorable.

3

Make

The final stage of the process is production and implementation. Whether it’s producing a brand toolkit or a fluid user-journey for an ecommerce website, this is the point where craft meets technology.

We understand that every product and service is interpreted as a result of hundreds of tiny details, so to us, detail is everything. The implementation of the design outcomes will be about supporting your team of project management and marketing with guidelines and training.
